Ingredients
- 10 fl oz cold water
- ½ cup (57g) BodyKey by Nutrilite Strawberry Meal Replacement Shake
- 1 small banana
- 3 whole strawberries
- 2 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp regular or instant oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Directions: Add all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

- 6 fl oz cold water

- 3 dates (pitted)
- ¼ cup baby spinach
